Functional movements are the natural movements your body goes through in life like running, lifting, squatting, pushing, and pulling. With CrossFit, you will train your body to move how it was designed to move, not how a machine was.

Constantly varied means every day you’ll take on a new or different challenge.  High intensity is relative to everyone's abilities and is the shortcut to results.

We want to help you find your intensity while making sure the workouts you are doing are manageable based on your individual capabilities.

Our workouts are designed to prepare you for any of life’s actual physical demands. We understand that those demands include helping a friend move or shoveling the snow or being able to play longer with your kids. That’s why  have workouts that involve throwing and jumping or lifting and running. 

Also, life does not demand only one type of activity or movement. Our coaching and programming does not concentrate solely on running endurance or only on power and strength.

We vary our workouts every day to give you a better overall fitness and maximize your potential. This will lead to you having  increased capabilities across a broader range of movements and activities.

More specifically, you will improve your body’s physical abilities across ten aspects of fitness: cardio/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination and accuracy. This leaves you better prepared for anything physical that life throws at you, including sport and recreation activity.
