Be ready when class starts
Emphasize movement standards, then add intensity
It is mandatory that you change into your WOD shoes after you are in the gym
Do not drop empty bars, 10’s, 15’s, change plates, or kettle bells
Stop and tell a coach if you feel pain
Keep all chalk in the buckets
Keep water and drinks off the main floor area when you are in class
Put your equipment away in its appropriate place
Please keep your phone in your bag or car
Be coachable, stay positive, work hard
No jewelry on while working out
